The Synergy Candy Company is a SA's confectionery wholesaler specialising in the manufacturing and sale ofsweets, chocolate, drinks and snacks to a wide range of businesses. We sell through our website and from anetwork of stores across the South Africa.

Stored in a cool dry environment your sweets will stay fresh for up to six months.

Our prices do not include VAT but we show the order total price including VAT on our shopping trolley page andin the order summary in checkout so that you can be clear on what you will be charged.

Yes we do have a wholesale catalogue, and we do we offer retailer/wholesale discounts on any of our products. We have no problem with our products being resold, as long as our full retail price was paid. We have severalcustomers who do this already. For certain products, we can do special bulk orders (minimum of 50 of the same product) on your behalf. Get intouch with us and will see what we can do.

Delivery charges are determined by your location within South Africa. We offer a flat-rate delivery fee regardless of your order size, except for parcels sent to Rural Zones. Your shipping zone is based on your street code. If your area doesn’t have a street code, please use your postal code instead.

Important:

If you live in a major centre and your address has a street code, do not use a postal code. In these cases, please enter your street code only.

Please Note:

Deep rural areas include border posts and army bases.

We reserve the right to contact you if we’re unable to verify your address or if it falls into a different shipping zone than initially selected. All delivery charges must be confirmed and settled before your order is released to the courier.

Please remember that oursare hand made products and as such will always differ slightly from batch to batch. Alth ough we are masters at matching colours, pleaseremember also that we use food colourings and a perfect Pantone match is not guaranteed.
